Please note that The Knolls Management Office cannot take any packages for residents.
Be sure to set up an alternative delivery with UPS, Amazon, and all other delivery services on what to do with your packages if no one is at home to accept your packages.
USPS (United States Postal Service) has legal access to the buildings and can leave packages depending on the way they are ordered.
The other delivery services do NOT so they can only access the buildings by being let in from a resident who is home.
Amazon has local spots for lockers - the nearest one that we know of is located at Whole Foods at 63rd and Rte 83.
Balconies and patios are what your guests and visitors first see when entering a building.
In order to keep an attractive and pleasant appearance, and more importantly to maintain property value, it is imperative that the balconies and patios are kept free of clutter and not used as a storage space, only patio furniture is to be put there.
Shelving or other apparatuses attached to the building are not allowed and must be removed.
Also, you may not place rugs, blankets, sheets and towels, etc., over the railings to air dry. .
November 17, 2017 was the last day that outdoor grills, cooking etc., on the balcony and patios were allowed. And no you may not do that inside. Proper ventilation is needed especially with an open flame and is a fire hazard.
If you have a grill still or your tenants a $250.00 will be incurred.
It is also a code violation of the Village of Willowbrook.
That being said, it is truly appreciated that 99% cooperated immediately, even though some homeowners will sorely miss it.
