Water shut offs are necessary for home owners making repairs inside their unit. For example: to fix a leaking faucet, replace a dishwasher, or fix a problem in the tub or toilet. The Condominium Association also has to shut off water to make various repairs, such as: a leaking water pipe or hot water tank. While we try to have these scheduled and a notice is placed at your door 24 to 48 hours in advance we cannot always know if an emergency will arise and the water has to go off immediately.
If the water is shut off to your building you can go to the Adult Pool locker rooms (where the exercise room is located) to use the toilets and showers. The Adult Pool is located at 6152 Knoll Way Dr. - bring your rec key (large square MEDECO key) for access. The hours it is open are 8AM to 8PM
