Hours are NOON to 8PM daily.
You must have a pool pass for each person and the Recreation Key marked MEDECO
and an A7 is on it.
The Tennis Courts are located at 6152 Knoll Way Dr. right next to the Exercise Room near the Adult Pool. The hours are 8AM to 8PM daily but is closed in the winter.
The Exercise Room and Saunas are open.
Hours are 8AM to 8PM daily.
The Exercise Room is located near the Adult Pool and the Tennis Courts at the northeast corner of Knoll Wood Road and Knoll Way Drive.
No one under 18 is allowed to use the weight equipment. Guests are not permitted in the Exercise Room without the resident or unit owner.
The Clubhouse is located at:

The Clubhouse Party Room is available to rent to residents who live at the Knolls. If you are a renter you must provide a current lease. The capacity allowed is 50 people. The hours are from 11am to 8pm.
RESERVATION DATE, COMPLETED CONTRACT AND RENTAL PAYMENT MUST BE SET UP THROUGH THE MANAGEMENT OFFICE.
